How does it work?
After you have specified all your preferences for the bed and placed and paid for your order, we will contact you. Together, we will review the order to prevent any errors and discuss specific requests. These could include non-standard dimensions, a special finish, or a delivery date outside our standard delivery time. Please note that additional costs may apply for certain extra requests.
Delivery time and assembly
The estimated delivery time, including assembly, is 4 to 6 weeks, depending on how busy we are. Assembly is always carried out on-site by our specialist to ensure that the wooden bed is correctly assembled. As soon as the bed is almost ready for delivery, we will contact you again to arrange a suitable date and time. The cost for delivery and assembly within the Netherlands is €175.00.
Warranty
Our beds come with a 10-year warranty.
Cancellation and returns
As each bed is custom-made, it is not possible to cancel or return your order once it has been placed.
Excluding
The bed is delivered without slatted bases, mattresses, and bedding.

Our beds are treated with a high-quality oil that penetrates deep into the wood and molecularly bonds with the fibers. Instead of creating a layer on the wood, the wood is protected from within. This results in a durable finish that retains its beauty for years, without losing its natural character.
The chosen color is therefore not a "paint layer," but a subtle tint that enhances the grain and warmth of the oak. You can still see and feel the wood as it was intended.
The oil is formulated based on natural ingredients and contains no water or harmful solvents. This not only makes the finish durable but also safe for use in your home. Furthermore, it complies with strict international standards regarding air quality and safety, so you can enjoy your bed with peace of mind.

Instead of a thick lacquer layer that seals the wood, this oil penetrates the wood fibres. This preserves the pure appearance of the oak, both visible and tangible.
