Article 1. | General

1.1 All offers, products, orders, agreements, and deliveries from Néarr Bedding are subject to Néarr Bedding's General Terms and Conditions. By ordering an item, you agree to these conditions. Article 2. | Agreement and order

2.1 The agreement becomes binding the moment you place your order. Néarr Bedding will process your order after you have paid. Until then, Néarr Bedding remains the full owner of the product(s).

2.2 As soon as your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email confirming that your payment has been accepted, along with the details of your order. If you need an invoice including VAT, you can send an email to info@nearr.nl

2.3 All images and specifications are indicative. If a product does not meet your expectations, you can return it (see Article 6), but this should not be a reason to file a claim.

Article 3. | Payment and payment methods

3.1 You can choose from the following secure payment methods: iDeal, Bancontact, PayPal, and Credit card; Mastercard & VISA.

3.2 If Néarr Bedding accidentally posts an incorrect price on the website – and it is clear that it is a mistake – we have the right to adjust this. Even if you have already ordered the item.

3.3 All product prices shown on nearr.nl include taxes and shipping costs.

3.4 All your credit card details such as credit card number, expiration date, etc., are automatically transferred to the payment master via an encrypted secure system without Néarr Bedding or others having access to the data. Even for potential refunds, the full credit card details are not visible. If you pay with Visa or Mastercard, extra protection is provided by special authentication methods (Verified by Visa or Mastercard Secure Code).

Article 4. | Delivery

4.1 Néarr Bedding delivers all European orders via courier service PostNL, DHL, and DPD.

4.2 If you accidentally entered an incorrect delivery address or are not home when the courier service attempted to deliver the package – and thus there are extra costs – Néarr Bedding has the right to charge you these extra costs.

4.3 Néarr Bedding will ship the order as soon as possible after payment of the agreement. Néarr Bedding always aims to ensure that you receive your order within the estimated delivery time. Should this not be possible for any reason (because an item is temporarily out of stock or postal services are striking), you will be notified immediately.

4.4 Up to and including delivery, Néarr Bedding bears responsibility for the order. After delivery, responsibility transfers to you.

4.5 Please note that the delivery times in Article 5 are estimates. If a product does not arrive within the estimated arrival date, it is not possible to file a claim. However, Néarr Bedding will always do everything possible to ensure that your order arrives on time.

Article 5. | Approval period

5.1 Néarr Bedding aims for all customers to be satisfied with their purchase. However, we recommend that you check the quality and quantity within fourteen working days. If something is not right, please send an email to info@nearr.nl. In this case, we will provide you with a return label.

Article 6. | Returns and exchanges

6.1 We hope you will be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you have fourteen days from the date you received your order to return the product.

6.2 Please ensure that your order details (order number, name, address) are included in your return package.

6.3 You can send the package after the return form has been completed and approved. We will provide you with the address details.

6.4 The costs and responsibility of the return shipment are for the customer (unless it concerns a defective item).

6.5 If goods are used, unfolded, worn, damaged, washed, or incomplete, we have the right to refuse returned items. The goods must be in the condition in which they were received. Once the ribbon has been removed and the product has been unfolded, we will not accept it for return. You can examine the product as you would in a store.

6.6 The refund will take place after receipt and inspection within 14 working days from the day your return package has arrived back at our warehouse.

6.7 Néarr Bedding can only transfer the refund to the account from which the original payment originated.

7.1 All photos and images displayed by Néarr Bedding are protected by copyright. Without written permission from Néarr Bedding, photos and images may not be reproduced and publicly used.

Article 8. | Disputes
8.1 All legal relationships are exclusively governed by Dutch law.
