Return Policy

We hope you will be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you have fourteen days from the date you received your order to return the product. Please send an email to info@nearr.nl with the order number and the name under which the order was placed.

1. You will receive a return label from us to return the package.
2. After inspection, you will receive a message with approval.
3. The cost and responsibility of the return shipment (€6.95) are borne by the customer (unless it concerns a defective item).
4. The amount minus shipping costs will be refunded within 14 days to the account from which the original payment was made.

*If goods are used, unfolded, worn, damaged, washed, or incomplete, we reserve the right to refuse returned items. The goods must be in the condition in which they were received. Once the ribbon has been removed and the product has been unfolded, we will not accept it for return. You can examine the product as you would in a store.
