How does ordering a bed work?

How does it work?
After you have specified all your preferences for the bed and placed and paid for your order, we will contact you. Together, we will review the order to prevent any errors and discuss specific requests. These could include non-standard dimensions, a special finish, or a delivery date outside our standard delivery time. Please note that additional costs may apply for certain extra requests.

Delivery time and assembly
The estimated delivery time, including assembly, is 4 to 6 weeks, depending on how busy we are. Assembly is always carried out on-site by our specialist to ensure that the wooden bed is correctly assembled. As soon as the bed is almost ready for delivery, we will contact you again to arrange a suitable date and time. The cost for delivery and assembly within the Netherlands is €175.00.

Warranty
Our beds come with a 10-year warranty.

Cancellation and returns
As each bed is custom-made, it is not possible to cancel or return your order once it has been placed.

Excluding
The bed is delivered without slatted bases, mattresses, and bedding.
